I help people who are feeling out of balance in their bodies – whether that shows up as back, neck or shoulder pain, hormonal changes, stress, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that something just isn’t quite right.

I also support people through trying to conceive, IVF preparation and recovery, and the emotional impact of fertility challenges – drawing on over 15 years of experience working with fertility clients.

I hold one of the highest qualifications in fertility acupuncture through Fertility Support Training, am a Don’t Tell Me To Relax fertility acupuncture affiliate, and keep my skills up to date through weekly fertility-focused learning and regular professional collaboration.
